**The Position:

The position will require you to support the customers based in Hong Kong & Taiwan in spoken and written English and Mandarin/ Cantonese.
**The Responsibilities of the Role:

- Assisting customers with technical issues or questions related to computer
hardware devises.
- Identifying hardware solutions.
- Providing customers with a friendly step by step assistance in correcting
the issues.
- Following up to ensure the problem is resolved.
**The Requirements for the Role:

-**:

- Diploma/Degree in IT related disciplines with good computer hardware
knowledge or experience in tech support.
- At least 1 years experiencein a similar capacity.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin /
Cantonese.
- Possess initiative, able to work independently and as a team.
- Dynamic, highly motivated and a result-oriented team player with good
interpersonal skills.
- Well versed in PC hardware and software.
**.** Able to work rotational shifts between 7am-8pm,Monday-Friday
