**About The Company**:
Beutifood café is a retail cafe collaborate its business with Fantastic Food Factory to provide good services to our valued customer /lectures / teachers / students and etc.
- **Job Responsibilities include**:_
- To assist the manager in business development and opening of new outlets.
- To ensure stocks and supply for all stores are maintained.
- To analyse and improve organisational processes, ultimately to improve quality, productivity and efficiency.
- To oversee network cafes in various location.
- To work closely with Finance department and manage through supplier payment schedules.
- To assist HR in payroll documentation.
- **To manage and set up a daily sales collection system.**:

- Day to day tasks would involve managing people, technology, information and all other resources needed to maintain and ensure operations and service at outlets are optimal.
- Ultimately, goal is to have outlet network where customers are happy and staff are working at the best level.
- Excellent customer service must always start with a warm and sincere smile.
- Assist in cafe on day to day task
- Organize in house training for retail staff
- Opening & closing preparation work
- Prepare staff duty roster and register for store hub / punch card attendance
- Preparation of documentation for relevant department
- Any other duties as assigned by the Outlet Manager

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in F&B industry
- Positive attitude with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good interpersonal skills and service skills
- Team player, positive attitude, good communication skills
- Be able to work in a fast pace working environment
- Preferable Malaysian Citizenships
- Possess own transport
- Able start work immediately
