The Operations Executive will manage staffing, monitor processes, and ensure operational compliance, supporting a positive customer journey through timely pickups and streamlined warehouse management.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Warehouse Operations Management**:

- Oversee daily operations at two mini warehouse locations, ensuring efficient workflow and proper handling of inventory.
- Monitor order fulfillment processes to ensure timely order picking, packing, and readiness for customer collection.

**Inventory Management**:

- Maintain accurate inventory records, perform regular stock checks, and ensure stock levels meet demand.
- Coordinate inventory movements between locations as needed.

**Staff Leadership & Coordination**:

- Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff to meet operational standards and performance metrics.
- Assign daily duties to ensure coverage of key operational functions while optimizing productivity.

**Customer Service & Collection Coordination**:

- Ensure all customer orders are prepared accurately and on time for pick-up.
- Address customer concerns related to order delays, stock issues, or other operational challenges.

**Process Optimization**:

- Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and implement changes to reduce delays or inefficiencies.
- Develop and maintain warehouse workflows that align with company standards and growth goals.

**Health & Safety Compliance**:

- Ensure that both locations maintain health, safety, and workplace compliance standards to provide a safe working environment for all employees.
- Implement and monitor safety policies and procedures consistently.

**Reporting & Analysis**:

- Monitor operational KPIs and report findings to senior management.
- Analyze trends in order fulfillment, inventory discrepancies, or customer complaints to inform strategic decisions.

**Qualifications & Experience**:
**Essential**:

- Proven experience in warehouse management, logistics, supply chain, or operations.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and tools.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.

**Preferred**:

- Experience managing multiple locations or mini-warehouse operations.
- Prior exposure to e-commerce fulfillment workflows.

**Skills**:

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with inventory management software and MS Office Suite.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with health and safety standards in warehouse environments.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
