Job Vacancy: Customer Service Executive (E-Hailing Support)
We are looking for dedicated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as **Customer Service Executives (E-Hailing Support)**. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for drivers and passengers, ensuring smooth communication and excellent support service.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information and resolve issues related to Grab e-hailing services.
- Assist with booking inquiries, payment concerns, and account support.
- Escalate complex cases to the relevant department when necessary.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering prompt and professional service.
- Meet daily performance KPIs and service standards.
- Work closely with the operations team to improve customer experience.
Job Requirements
- **Minimum SPM qualification** with a pass in **Bahasa Malaysia and Sejarah**.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English (Mandarin is an added advantage).
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; customer service experience is a plus.
- Patient, polite, and able to handle high-pressure situations.
- Willing to work **6 days a week on rotational shifts (including weekends and public holidays)**.
