**Date**:24 Sept 2025 **Location**: Sepang, 10, MY, 64000 **Company**:Malaysia Airports Holdings Berhad **POSITION GENERAL SUMMARY** - Responsible to ensure all incidents reported resolve according to Service Level Objective (SLO). - Contribute to network planning and development activities. **ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS** - Understand the criticality of the subsystems and interrelation between the subsystems. - Contributes in developing trouble shooting procedures and continuously improve the processes. - Document network problems and resolutions for future reference. - Involve in the testing of software, upgrades and changes as well as integration tests of the subsystems. - Recommends network solutions for operations and maintenance. - Maintain confidentiality with regard to the information being processed, stored or accessed by the network. - Adhere to ISO, ISMS and OHSAS standard in doing day to day jobs. **Key Challenges**: - Meets customers and management’s expectations. - Executes beyond area of control that contributes to network performance. **Skills**: - Good analytical abilities. - Familiar with various network testers. **Education**: **EXTERNAL** - Diploma preferably with specialization in Computer Science/Networking/IT or equivalent. **Relevant Industries**: **EXTERNAL** - At least 3 Principals - CGPA > 2.8 **Additional Information**: **Open for Malaysian citizens only.** **Applications should reach us by 1 October 2025.** **Job Segment**:Operations Manager, Testing, Computer Science, Manager, Operations, Technology, Management
