We are currently looking for an organized and detail-oriented Office Accounts Cum Admin Assistant to join us.

Job Responsibilities:

- Assist with accounts payable and receivable functions, including invoice processing, payment voucher and receipts, bank reconcillation & data entry
- To provide general administrative and operations support.
- General administrative duties including reception, photocopying, keeping proper filing records, maintaining office supplies
- To handle and prepare HR & monthly payroll administration task.Job Requirements:

- Preferably with office working experience;
- Ability to work independently;
- Excellent organizational and time management skills;
- Possess good communication, analytical and interpersonal skill;
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills;
- Relevant experience will be an advantage or shortlisted first

salary: RM2,000.00- RM2,600.00 per month

Work commencement date : 01/10/2025

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
