**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled **Network & Telecommunication Support Engineer** with 2-4 years of experience to support and manage our network infrastructure across Data Centers, corporate offices, and regional locations. This role focuses on Level 1 / 1.5 support, network monitoring, infrastructure maintenance, and assisting in the deployment of new network solutions. The engineer will work with LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, SD-WAN, Firewall, Load Balancers, VPN, and cloud connectivity systems in a secure enterprise environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide **Level 1 / 1.5 technical support** for LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and SD-WAN connectivity.
- Support and troubleshoot **network security systems** including Firewalls (Fortinet), AAA, and VPN (Zscaler, Fortinet).
- Maintain and configure **network hardware** such as routers, switches (Aruba), load balancers (F5), Wi-Fi controllers, and access points.
- Monitor and resolve **network incidents**, escalate complex issues to L2/L3 or external vendors.
- Assist in the **maintenance and documentation** of IP address management (IPAM), DHCP systems, and structured cabling.
- Support **network hardening** and compliance to IT security standards.
- Assist in implementing and maintaining **disaster recovery plans** for network and firewall infrastructure.
- Provide support for **data center infrastructure** using SDN/ACI technologies.
- Collaborate with managed service vendors for support on SD-WAN and regional office connectivity.
- Participate in **project rollouts** involving LAN/WAN deployments, firewall upgrades, and cloud connectivity (Azure/AWS).

**Requirements**:

- Diploma / Higher Diploma / Degree in **Computer Science, Information Technology, or Electronics Engineering**.
- **2-4 years** of hands-on experience in supporting enterprise LAN/WAN/Firewall infrastructure.
- **Basic knowledge** of SD-WAN technologies and structured cabling systems.
- Familiarity with **Fortinet, Zscaler, F5 Load Balancers, Aruba Wi-Fi, IPAM/DHCP, VPNs, and network proxies**.
- Network certification (e.g., CCNA, Fortinet NSE) is an added advantage.
- Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively.|
