**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategies for timely renewal and acquisition of licenses, permits, and vendor registrations to ensure ongoing legal and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with various departments to align licensing and compliance activities with organizational objectives.
- Maintain accurate records and centralized databases of all licenses, permits, and vendor registrations, including renewal dates and associated documents.
- Conduct periodic audits to verify the validity and completeness of all compliance documents, taking corrective actions as necessary.
- Work closely with legal and compliance teams to address and resolve non-compliance issues.
- Serve as the main liaison with external regulatory bodies such as SSM, CIDB, MOF, and other relevant agencies on company matters.
- Develop and manage a streamlined vendor registration process to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
- Oversee vendor evaluation and approval processes to ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory standards.
- Generate and present regular compliance reports to senior management, including updates on licensing status and upcoming renewals.
- Communicate regulatory updates and compliance requirements clearly and promptly to internal stakeholders.
- Assist in the preparation, coordination, and compilation of bid submission documents with the tender unit, including pre-qualification forms and tender questionnaires.
- Ensure that all company certifications (e.g., MOF Certificate, MOF Kod Bidang, Sijil Digital, CIDB, SSM) are current and correctly maintained in databases such as ePerolehan.
- Maintain a well-organized document management system in strict accordance with company policies.
- Perform additional tasks or assignments as required by Management.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, Compliance, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in licensing, compliance, vendor registration, or a similar regulatory role.
- Strong understanding of Malaysian regulatory bodies and requirements (e.g., SSM, CIDB, MOF).
- High attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and compliance tracking tools or databases.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM2,700.00 per month
