Customer Service Executive- Sales Support

**Responsibilities**:
**Department: Bulk Logistics**
- Responsible for creating job orders and coordinating with Sales and Customers with regard to Customers' orders.
- Responsible for coordinating local sales fitting schedule ie with Warehouse and Operations divisions (internal) and Depots, Shipping lines/Forwarders, hauliers etc (external).
- Assist in export shipments including documentations and liasing with external parties ie agents, customers, vendors, shipping lines, freight forwarders, haulage etc.
- Attending appointment with customers for business opportunity and development.
- Coordinate with current customer daily.
- Follow up customer's monthly sales.
- Ensure compliance to ISO 9001 & FSSC procedures
**Requirements**:
- Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- SPM holder with experience in Customer Service or logistic industry.
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in logistics, shipping, or warehouse management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Able to communicate with the customers confidently and fulfill customer requirements.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point).
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and learn quickly.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Klang/Pulau Indah
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
