**Title: Senior HR Assistant**

**Reports To: HR Manager**

**BASIC FUNCTIONS**:
The senior HR executive would help us monitor the human resource department and help create a healthy and safe working environment for every employee. A part of the senior HR executive job would involve overseeing the recruitment process, setting objectives for the HR team and designing company policies. To become successful in this role, the senior executive requires familiarity with the latest HR technology, such as applicant tracking systems and payroll management software.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Design compensation and benefits package; Create and refer bonus programs
- Develop new HR policies and update the existing ones based on the company's values and ensure employees adhere to and comply with them
- Oversee and manage the company's employee termination process; Conduct exit interviews to understand the reason for termination
- Execute the employee's annual review procedures
- Counsel employees as required
- Drive strategic initiatives and implementing them across the group in matters such as Learning &
Development, Talent Management and Employee Engagement, etc.
- Manage workplace safety issues and complaints
- Measure and understand employee retention and turnover rates
- Maintain HR procedures that comply with labour laws and regulations
- Monitor and keep track of HR metrics, for example, turnover rates and cost-per-hire
- Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques and on-boarding processes; Support and suggest improvements to the entire recruitment and on-boarding processes
- Maintain and record employee attendance

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- 5+ years of experience in HR Executive or accumulative of HR related roles
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a relevant field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
- Excellent organisational, time management, and leadership skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational, planning skills, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to understand both written and spoken English and Malay
- Advanced knowledge of best HR practices and payroll managing
- Ability to foster healthy employee relationship
- Having below skills will be an added advantage o Reporting Skills o Administrative Writing Skills o Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other Word and Spreadsheet software o Analysis

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
