This is an on-site role for an Islamic Inbound & Outbound Manager located in Shah Alam. The Islamic Inbound & Outbound Manager will oversee day-to-day inbound operations, manage customer service activities, coordinate with sales teams, create new opportunity business and ensure the efficient handling of goods. The role also involves analyzing operational data to enhance performance and drive improvements in service delivery.

**Requirement**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience

**Responsibilities**:

- TICKET MANAGEMENT: Monitoring the ticket issuance process, including booking flights, trains, buses, or any other necessary transportation for tours.
- TOUR OPERATIONS: Planning, organizing, and executing trips, ensuring smooth operations from start to finish.
- VENDOR COORDINATION: Collaborating with airlines, hotels, transport companies, and other vendors to negotiate contracts, secure bookings, and ensure services meet quality standards.
- CUSTOMER SERVICE: Providing support and assistance to clients before, during, and after their travels, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
- RISK MANAGEMENT: Identifying and mitigating potential risks associated with travel, such as emergencies, cancellations, or changes in travel schedules.
- COMPLIANCE: Ensuring adherence to industry regulations, standards, and legal requirements in all aspects of travel operations.
- MARKETING AND SALES SUPPORT: Collaborating with marketing and sales teams to promote travel packages, suggest improvements, and attract more customers.
- DOCUMENTATION AND REPORTING: Identify areas for improvement.
- BUDGETING AND COST MANAGEMENT: Monitor and manage the allocated budget for each tour, ensuring cost-effectiveness while maintaining quality standards.
- OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED BY SUPERVISOR: Perform tasks as directed by the Chief Operating Officer of the company. Assist in monitoring the accounts to coordinate with issued tickets. Maintain accurate records of bookings, expenses, and other relevant information. Prepare reports to assess performance and service quality.
- TEAM MANAGEMENT: Leading and supervising staff teams, delegating tasks, and ensuring the team delivers exceptional service.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
