- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all

- Responding promptly to customer inquiries
- Communicating with customers through various channels and ensure customer
satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Knowing our products/services inside and out so that can answer questions.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Perform other related duties as directed by superior.
Special Project

- Assist in project preparation & set up.
- Assist in reports preparation as per required.
- Perform other related duties as directed by superior.
