Customer Support executive job description

**Responsibilities**:

- Answering customer questions to learn about their problem
- Provide help and solution to customer issue
- Ability to understand customer situation and have ability to asking question to get better idea on the situation
- Ability to provide clear solution to the customer
- Maintain positive and energetic attitude
- Ability to explain problem as needed to respected department for more technical assistance
- Perform other specific duty or assignments as directed by manager

Qualifications:

- Diploma in IT or other related technical field
- High customer and service orientation
- Well develop communication and analytical skill
- Good problem solving skills and focus on quality
- Ability to think through problems
- Manage customer in calm manner

**Job Type**: Contract

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Microsoft Office: 3 years (preferred)
- Customer support: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- Bahasa Melayu (preferred)
- English (preferred)
