Job description Job Responsibilities: Prepare and provide documentation to internal teams and stake-holder for project support. Retrieve and report necessary information to project leader include progress tracker update, access permit and etc. Schedule regular project meeting with internal members for progress update and address potential issues. Job Requirements: Minimum SPM/STPM/Diploma holder in related fields Hands-on experience with Microsoft excel, word, power point and outlook. Solid time-management skill and work experience as administrator is prefer. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, self-motivated, detail-minded, well-organized and able to work independently. Good oral and written skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Able to work under tight dateline and with a positive mindset. Must be independent and resourceful. Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Fresh graduate Salary: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
