As our **HR Operations & Employee Experience**, you will play a key role in ensuring **HR compliance, policy enhancement, and employee engagement** while contributing to a **structured and positive workplace**. You’ll have the opportunity to:
**Maintain & Enhance Our HR Playbook**:

- Review, update, and improve the Employee Handbook so it stays relevant and aligned with employment laws and company culture.
- Draft, refine, and implement HR guidelines and SOPs to keep everything running smoothly.
- Conduct regular reviews to spot gaps and propose improvements that strengthen our HR frameworks.

**Support Employee Growth & Performance**:

- Manage the Performance Plan and Evaluation Program (PEP) to track employee achievements and support career progression.

**Keep HR Operations Running Smoothly**:

- Oversee employees leave and claim to ensure a seamless experience.
- Maintain an up-to-date organization chart so everyone knows who’s who.

**Support Employee Development & Engagement**:

- Assist in handling tenancy agreements for company premises.
- Plan and organize fun and meaningful employee engagement events, from company town halls to festive celebrations and employee surveys.
- Keep employees informed and engaged by managing HR and internal announcements.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- A **degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or a related field** is preferred.
- **2-4 years of experience** in **HR compliance, policy management, or a similar role**.
- Strong knowledge of **HR best practices, employment laws, and regulatory standards**.
- Experience in **policy drafting, handbook audits, and process enhancements**:

- Ability to **analyze policies, identify gaps, and propose strategic improvements**.
- Excellent **communication and stakeholder management skills**.
- A **solution-oriented mindset** with the ability to think creatively and drive improvements.
- Proficiency in **HR software and tools**, with expertise in **Microsoft Office Suite**.
