**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support Key Account Managers in day-to-day operations
- Enter and manage customer orders in the system (SQL or order management tools)
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely fulfillment and delivery
- Track and communicate order status, delays, or issues to clients
- Prepare account-related reports, summaries, and documentation
- Respond to client inquiries related to pricing, product availability, or delivery schedules
- Maintain and update customer account records and databases
- Assist with invoice generation, tracking, and dispute resolution
- Handle sample requests and coordinate promotional orders
- Ensure customer complaints or concerns are logged and addressed promptly
- Collaborate with the quality assurance team to manage product specifications or issues
- Assist with new customer onboarding and documentation
- Support sales and forecasting efforts through data gathering and analysis

Pay: From RM2,200.00 per month
