**Responsibilities**:

- Execute digital marketing and online sales tasks based on instructions from superior or management.
- Plan and organize daily, weekly, and monthly task workflows for all team members.
- Oversee department staff performance and ensure task completion on schedule.
- Coordinate and support the execution of social media content, e-commerce promotions, and online sales campaigns.
- Monitor online sales platforms (e.g., company e-store, Shopee, Lazada, etc.) and assist in resolving daily operational issues.
- Represent the department in meetings and internal communications when required.
- Report team performance, updates, and sales/marketing outcomes to the assigned superior.
- Ensure that product listings, promotions, and marketing materials are correctly uploaded and maintained.
- Support cross-department collaboration for campaigns, product launches, and marketing support.
- Track and maintain proper documentation of schedules, reports, and sales records.

**Requirement**:

- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in marketing, E-Commerce, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in digital marketing or online sales.
- Familiarity with online sales platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop) and digital channels.
- Good coordination, time management, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage a small team and ensure timely task execution.
- Proficient in basic tools for reporting, content scheduling, and platform updates.

Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
