We began our contact lens research in 1951 and have been supplying contact lenses, lens care products, and spectacles in Japan for more than half a century. We are dedicated to providing safe and comfortable contact lenses for every individual.

Besides Japan, we have operations in China, Mongolia, Vietnam, and Belgium. In Southeast Asia, we are entering the Singapore market in 2013, followed by Malaysia and Indonesia in 2014.

**Digital Marketing Executive**

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Digital Strategy Development**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

2. **Social Media Management**:

- Manage and optimize social media platforms to enhance brand visibility.
- Create engaging content and coordinate social media campaigns to drive audience engagement.

3. **Content Marketing**:

- Develop and execute content marketing plans to attract and nurture leads.
- Collaborate with the content team to create compelling and relevant content across various digital platforms.

4. **Search Engine Optimization (SEO)**:

- Conduct SEO audits and implement strategies to improve website ranking.
- Stay updated on SEO best practices and algorithm changes to ensure website optimization.

5. **Paid Advertising**:

- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.
- Monitor budget allocation and ROI to ensure effective campaign performance.

6. **Analytics and Reporting**:

- Utilize analytics tools to track, measure, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
- Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field such as Graphic Design
- Experience in adobe photoshop / Illustrator is required
- Fresh Graduate is encourage to apply
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on strategy development and execution.
- Familiarity with marketing analytics tools and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas.

**Additional Skills (preferred)**:

- Experience with marketing automation tools.
