Job Description:
2. Create and maintain job descriptions, interview questions, and assessment methods.

3. Build a strong employer brand and develop recruitment strategies to meet our staffing needs.

4. Act as a trusted resource for employees and management, handling concerns, and disputes, and providing guidance on HR matters.

5. Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures to maintain a respectful and productive work environment.

6. Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.

7. Identify employee training needs and develop training programs to enhance their skills and knowledge.

8. Encourage career development and growth within the organization.

9. Monitor the effectiveness of training programs.

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
