**About the Role**:
We are looking for a **detail-oriented and analytical E-Commerce Specialist** to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our **data-driven decision-making**, providing key insights that fuel our clients’ growth on **Shopee, Lazada, Facebook and TikTok Shop**. Competitive Salary and commission based role.

You’ll work closely with our **Content teams**, turning raw data into actionable strategies to optimize sales, campaigns, and marketing performance.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Performance Analysis & Reporting**:

- Monitor, track, and analyze brand portfolios to achieve monthly GMV, conversion, and content performance targets.
- Oversee **Ads** — including setup, optimization, and budget allocation.
- Generate **weekly, and monthly reports** for internal teams.
- Identify trends, opportunities, and bottlenecks in sales data to provide actionable recommendations.

**Campaign & Sales Support**:

- Evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns, livestream events, and promotions.
- Conduct **A/B testing** on creatives, promotions, and listings to determine best practices.
- Support Key Account Managers with **data-backed insights** for business reviews and strategy planning.

**Platform & Operational Management**:

- Manage daily store data health including **inventory sync, product accuracy, and sales performance**.
- Audit store performance and flag issues related to platform compliance or inefficiency.
- Stay updated on **platform algorithm updates** and new analytics tools.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or related field.
- Minimum **1-2 years experience** in E-Commerce operations, digital marketing, or analytics (TikTok Shop experience is a plus).
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, or data visualization tools (e.g. Data Studio).
- Good understanding of **TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Lazada ecosystem**.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills in **English and Mandarin** are an advantage.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
