**Responsibilities**:

- Perform troubleshoot on all sales orders and assist to identify and execute various enhancement to all management process.
- Ensure compliance to all company and business policies and administer all open sales order and ensure appropriate order flow.
- To process purchase order from customers. And manage all communication with customers by providing information to the client services department in order to process orders via ERP.
- Provide feedback to customers on order status and monitoring of Finished Goods Inventory for both manufacturer and distributor.
- Follow up closely from received order till out for delivery.
- To follow up or update the delivery schedule if any changes date.
- Liaise with Purchasing and Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries.
- Assist in the monitoring of raw material consumption and inventory level.
- Support in new product development plans from customers.
- To analyst forecast and demand trend based on input from customers.
- Maintaining customer records and documenting processes.
- Identifying customers' needs.
- Requires understanding of product types and manufacturing process.
(training will be provided upon joining the team)

**Job Requirements**:

- Fresh graduate or 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Great knowledge in MS Office and MS Excel.
- Proficient in ERP systems will added advantage.
- Accuracy, efficiency, well-organized, and good time management skills.
- Strong sense of responsibility and initiative, good professional ethics, good at communication and coordination, and good teamwork awareness.
- Hardworking & Willing to learn in a meticulous attitude.
- Self-driven and independent to work with a high degree of commitment to meet deadlines.
- Good at problem-solving and is able to assist managers.
- Must be able to travel.
