**Key Responsibilities**

Documentation & Compliance Support
- Coordinate the collection and secure archiving of original hardcopy receipts for employee reimbursement claims (e.g., medical, flexible benefits), in accordance with internal policy and statutory requirements under the Income Tax Act.
- Maintain a structured tracking system for loaned documents to employees (e.g., for personal tax use), ensuring timely return and organized storage.
- Support audit readiness by ensuring documents are properly labeled, filed, and retrievable.

General Administrative Support
- Support day-to-day administrative activities across HR and site functions, including:Access control: Register/de-register employee access cards, manage badge issuance, liaise with vendor for system issues

Uniform coordination: Collect sizing data, support ordering, and assist in distribution of company uniforms

Mail handling: Collect and distribute physical mail and courier packages from the guardhouse

Asset return: Assist in retrieval and tracking of laptops, mobile phones, and access cards during offboarding, in coordination with IT and Facilities

F&B and meeting logistics: Arrange food, transport, and venue setup for leadership visits and employee engagement events
- Maintain administrative trackers and logs with accuracy
- Act as point-of-contact for general administrative inquiries from employees and department focal points

**Qualifications & Requirements**
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related discipline
- 0-2 years of experience in HR support or administrative roles; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Able to manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize effectively
- Effective communicator with a proactive and service-oriented mindset
- Demonstrates professionalism, confidentiality, and reliability
