The HR & Admin Assistant is responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative and human resources functions of the company. This role includes recruiting, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance with labour laws, and overall office management.

Duties are as follows but not limited to:
1. Manage the recruitment process including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.

2. Maintain and update employee records (attendance, payroll, leaves, performance reviews, etc.).

3. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labour laws.

4. Manage employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.

5. Oversee office administration functions such as inventory management, procurement, and office supplies.

6. Maintain and organize company documentation, records, and contracts.

7. Ensure the office operates smoothly and that employees have the necessary tools and resources to perform their jobs efficiently.

8. Handle travel and accommodation arrangements for staff and executives as needed.

9. Assist in organizing company events.

10. Oversee employee benefits programs, such as health insurance and retirement plans.

11. Conduct performance management and evaluation processes

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
