- Provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, preparing reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings.
- Read and analyse incoming memos, submissions, and reports in order to determine their significance and plan their distribution.
- File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.
- Take minutes of relevant meetings.
- Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries.
- Help to draft and translate letters.
- Supervise the Personal Driver of the Executive Director.
- Arrange the Executive Director’s travel arrangements locally with the Personal Driver.
- Make restaurant, flight and hotel bookings.
- Manage the Executive Director’s personal affairs including banking and domestic matters.
- Handle some of the office administrative matters such as office cleaners, maintenance of office equipment, ordering and stocking of drinking water, pantry supplies, etc.
- Perform any other related tasks as assigned by the Executive Director and as expected of a Secretary.

Competencies:

- Possess a Diploma in Secretarial or related field.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office.
- At least 5 years of working experience in a related field.
- Well organised and strong PR skills.
