**Key Responsibilities**

Sales Planning and Execution
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share goals.
- Identify market trends and opportunities in the electrical and oil & gas sectors.
- Align sales objectives with the company’s business goals.

Sales Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the team members to achieve individual and team targets.
- Conduct regular sales training and performance evaluations.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and high performance within the sales team.
- Oversee sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations.

Business Development and Client Relations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.

Reporting
- Weekly, Monthly and Annual Reporting
- Sales Funnel Report and Projection
- Business Development & Marketing Initiatives Updates

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Oil & Gas related, Instrumentation, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of sales experience in the electrical or oil & gas sectors, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in related field

Skills and Competencies
- Strong knowledge and good network in the electrical and oil & gas market
- Good leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to develop, maintain and grow client relationships.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills

Pay: RM5,500.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
