- Department: Commercial- Location: Malaysia- Team and Role Introduction:**Responsibilities**:
- Develop strategic roadmap in engagement and conversion of targeted International TOP Merchants.
- Conduct research on targeted industry, evaluate potential assortment and propose sales growth plan.
- Drive engagements and build strategic relationship with the goal of onboarding them as a Lazada seller.
- Familiarised with tools and services offered by Lazada, with the focus of communicating and encouraging adoption.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to execute business plans and strategies.
- Ensure weekly & monthly targets are met within timeline given.
- Adhere to communication procedures, guidelines and policies to ensure positive projections of company’s image.

**Job Requirements**
- Requirements/Qualifications(must have):
- Sales and problem-solving mindset: able to provide and convince clients to adopt solutions
- Able to handle key merchants and key accounts with local, regional, and management level stakeholders
- Able to provide necessary information to the team to ensure that packages offered are competitive and relevant for present market conditions
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Well-organised and able to work in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines
- Familiar with Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
- Language proficiency: English, Chinese

Requirements/Qualifications(good to have):
- Strong business connections in Electronic or General Merchandise industry is preferred.
- Experience in e-commerce or business development is preferred
- Familiar with market trend and able to advise clients on sales strategy in order to tackle seller pain points
