**Job Vacancy: Sales Support Leader**

Are you a proactive and organized leader with a passion for sales operations? We're looking for a **Sales Support Leader** to join our growing team and play a key role in driving sales efficiency and team performance.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage the Sales Support team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Coordinate with the sales team to track sales performance, pipeline, and targets.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports, dashboards, and key metrics for management.
- Streamline sales processes and implement best practices for improved efficiency.
- Support the onboarding and training of new sales staff on tools and processes.
- Handle escalated issues and provide solutions to support both internal teams and clients.
- Monitor inventory, order processing, and client account management in coordination with relevant departments.

**Skill & Qualification Requirements**:

- Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and trends.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Effective communication skills in both written and spoken English & Bahasa Melayu
- High attention to detail and a problem-solving attitude.
