**Job description**

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure the promoters sales strategies that align with the company's overall objectives and targets.
- Utilize sales data and analytics to identify opportunities for growth and keep a pulse on consumer behavior and trends.
- Monitor competitor activity and feedback for marketing team to adjust strategy accordingly and maintain a competitive advantage.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure execution of sell-out plans and drive sell-in.
- Ensure performance of promoters and efficient use of resources to maximize ROI.
- Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and local regulations.
- Managing promoters sales and KPI to achieve target base on company goals.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent understanding of sales principles and techniques.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Have a proactive approach and ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Qualifications**:

- At least Diploma in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay

Work Location: In person
