Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the Managing Director's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Conduct research and compile data for meetings, projects, and reports.
- Organize and maintain files and records, ensuring confidentiality and security.
- Plan and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, including logistics, catering, and materials preparation.
- Attend meetings with the Managing Director, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
- Assist in managing budgets, tracking expenses, and processing invoices.
- Support administrative matters for investment and shared services activities.
- Monitor and follow up on project timelines and deliverables.
- Manage the schedules and activities of the Managing Director's children, including coordinating with drivers and planning extracurricular activities.
- Plan and execute family events, such as birthday parties and holidays.
- Handle personal errands and tasks as needed, ensuring the Managing Director's personal life runs smoothly.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and resourcefulness.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Bilingual with proficiency in English and Mandarin (Open to all races that can speak, write and read Mandarin).
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Creative and innovative mindset with a focus on cost-saving measures.

- Proactive and anticipatory, able to think ahead and plan accordingly.
- Very detail-oriented and thorough in task execution.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities whenever needed.
- Dependable and trustworthy, with a high level of integrity.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
