**We're Hiring: Director's Personal Assistant (Full-time)**
**Basic Requirements**
1. **Education**
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree and above (preferably in Business, Administration, Communications, or Languages).
- Familiarity with corporate management or project coordination is a strong plus.
2. **Language Proficiency**
- Excellent command of Mandarin (中文), Bahasa Malaysia (国文), and English (英文).
3. **Work Experience**
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an executive/personal assistant.
- Experience assisting company founders, executives, or board members is preferred.
**Core Competencies**
1. **Administrative & Organizational Skills**
- Able to manage schedules, meetings, travel arrangements, document filing.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
2. **Communication & Coordination**
- Emotionally intelligent with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Able to communicate independently with diverse stakeholders (students, partners, clients, etc.).
3. **Confidentiality & Integrity**
- Strong awareness of privacy, loyalty, and the boundaries of personal assistant roles.
4. **Adaptability & Execution**
- Quick comprehension, proactive in solving problems.
- Comfortable with a fast-paced environment and last-minute changes (e.g., travel, speaking engagements).
5. **Tech & Digital Skills**
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with AI tools for writing and document organization is a bonus.
- Basic knowledge of social media management (e.g., scheduling posts, handling messages).
**Personal Qualities**
- Reliable, loyal, punctual, and service-minded.
- Strong sense of responsibility and able to work flexible hours or travel if needed.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and has a good eye for aesthetics and hospitality (e.g., gift prep, event setup, guest reception).
**Bonus Points**
- Interest in psychology, business management, or pursuing an MBA.
- Holds a valid driver’s license (able to assist with transport).
- Basic photography or video editing skills (for course recording or event documentation).
**Working Hours**:
- Monday to Friday
- 9:30am - 6:00pm
