Memproses pesanan pelanggan dan memastikan maklumat tepat dan dikemas kini.
- Merekod dan menyusun laporan jualan, invois serta resit pembayaran.
- Memastikan proses penghantaran berjalan lancar dengan menyelaras bersama pasukan logistik.
- Menyediakan laporan prestasi jualan harian, mingguan dan bulanan.
- Menguruskan laman sosial rasmi syarikat seperti Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Shopee, etc.
- Menjawab semua pertanyaan pelanggan di laman rasmi syarikat.
- Mengemaskini database pelanggan.
- Bantu pelanggan dari segi saranan produk yang sesuai.
- Memasukkan data dan order pelanggan ke dalam sistem syarikat.
- Mengendalikan sesi Live di TikTok/Shopee/Platform Lain secara profesional mengikut skrip dan strategi pemasaran syarikat.
- Membantu pasukan pemasaran menghasilkan kandungan seperti video pendek, tutorial dan unboxing.
- Mencapai sasaran KPI bulanan yang ditetapkan.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,600.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
