**We’re Hiring: E-Commerce Executive / Assistant (Night Shift)**

**✨ What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Handle customer service and respond promptly across various platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok).
- Assist with orders, returns, and refunds to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage campaigns and promotional activities across marketplaces.
- Monitor livestream sessions and coordinate with hosts to ensure smooth performance.
- Work closely with the warehouse team to handle returned goods, special order requests, and stock coordination.
- Assist with ad-hoc tasks and projects/campaigns as needed.

**✨ What We’re Looking For**:

- Proactive, highly organized, and efficient in task management.
- Strong team player with good communication skills.
- Responsible and detail-oriented, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- **Understand in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin** (spoken and written).
- Experience in e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok) is an added advantage.

**-Working Hours**: Night shift — **2:00 PM to 11:00 PM**
**-Location**: Cheras, KL
**-Employment Type**: Full-time

Pay: RM3,400.00 - RM8,700.00 per month

Work Location: In person
