Student Affair Executive

**Events**
1. Supports development of the event programmes and assists in the planning and execution of the project plans. This includes delegate management plans which present what delegates experience during the events.
2. Provide regular status updates on the project plans to all event stakeholders.
3. Able to organise all details of the projects into a clear and efficient project plan for the operations department to execute.
4. Able to make fast decisions to prevent any issues that may arise.
5. Coordinate post-event activities, such as producing press releases, distributing further documents to delegates, and analysing feedback from speakers and participants.
6. Prepare full report at the end of the events / conferences to include income vs expenses report, feedback analysis, pictorial etc.
**Social Media**
1. Manages all STAAD social media channels, campaigns to sustain an engaging audience experience and to increase audience satisfaction.
2. Research and analyses social media trends, including social media ad revenue and web visitor data, to improve social media presence and campaign efficacy.
3. Works with various departments to promote overall STAAD events and programme through social media channels.
4. Audits and analyses STAAD social media presences, including digital advertising costs and returns.
5. Analyses STAAD social media campaigns with tracking systems to gather visitor data and determine efficacy and areas for social media campaign improvement.
6. Interviews, hires, and trains social media team members.
7. Works with other departments to develop social media timelines coinciding with new product releases, ad campaigns, or other brand messages.
8. Monitors and develops reports on competitor activity within social media spaces.
9. Create connection and networking with media/press to promote STAAD programme and events.
10. Create and/or advice and/or propose artwork to promote STAAD programme and events.
**Student Support**
1. Information and Enquiries - To assist student feedback by student portal and walk-in and propose solutions or forward to respective departments for further action.
2. Orientation - To assist Orientation Day for New Intake. Create a program itinerary and provide a motivation module to build student self-confidence and know their responsibility as students in City U.
3. Analyze students' needs and respond proactively to all their concerns.
4. Maintain excellent levels of internal and external customer service.
**Any other duties**
5. Perform any other duties required by the Head of Department (HOD)/Management, if any.
**Salary**: RM1,031.35 - RM4,038.10 per month
