Job description:

  • Planning and hosting for Claz'room orientation programs and student events
  • Provide assistance and support to the student clubs and organizations as required on all student related activities and events
  • Assist in student scholarships and financial programmes
  • Serves as a point of contact for all student affairs initiatives including providing counsel
  • Address and respond to student enquiries in a timely manner
  • Assisting and communicating all relevant announcements related to Student Affairs in campus
  • Perform other tasks and duties as assigned / needed in order to meet the requirements of the role and the goals of the college
  • Able to organise event/activities for the student
  • Possess interest in bonding with students
  • Able to brainstorm with the team and foresee future event/activities
  • Assist in student accommodation matters
  • Participate and co-conduct in the soft-skills workshop organised for the students
  • Assist in student wellbeing activities, workshop and services
  • Planning and hosting for Clazroom orientation programs
  • Provide assistance and support to the student clubs and organizations
  • Work in collaboration with staff, faculty and college partners to plan, improve and promote events that can enhance student experiences

Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Early Childhood / Education / Psychology / Counselling or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Energetic, outgoing, enjoys meeting and interacting with students
  • Great in hosting or emceeing for events
  • Previous experience of student affairs work would be advantageous.
  • Basic graphic and video editing skills, able to work effectively with other lecturers and marketing team for video or podcast production.
  • Must have a strong willingness and ability to learn new techniques, tools, and technologies in video editing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Be independent and able to multitask.
  • Team player and able to get along with existing team members.
  • Able to work under minimal supervision and perform well under pressure and have the ability to provide high efficacy results.
  • Fluency in English language, Mandarin fluency is an added advantage.
