Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and follow up with new students to ensure complete documentation for offer letter issuance.
  • Verify the accuracy of academic and personal documents submitted.
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth processing and payment clearance.
  • Collect and track initial semester payments, ensuring timelines are met.
  • Provide timely updates and professional assistance throughout the enrolment process.
  • Monitor student status to minimize withdrawal or non-commencement cases.
  • Maintain accurate student data in internal systems (CRM, databases, etc.).
  • Support student onboarding and orientation activities.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and feedback to management.

Skills & Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Administration, Business, Education, or related field.
  • 1–2 years' experience in administration, operations, or student support preferred.
  • Fresh graduates with strong communication and organizational skills are welcome to apply.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to multitask effectively under deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
  • Service-minded with genuine passion for guiding students through their education journey.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
