About the role

We are an education centre offering Korean language and academic programs that open doors to higher education and cultural experiences in Korea.

As we continue to grow, we're looking for passionate Admissions & Student Services Executive to join our team — supporting students, enhancing their experience, and contributing to a vibrant learning community.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage the end-to-end admissions process, from enquiries and applications to enrolment
  • Plan and carry outrecruitment and outreach activities to attract prospective students
  • Provide information and advice to students and parents in a professional and friendly manner
  • Achieve student recruitment targets in line with departmental objectives
  • Coordinateregistration, orientation, and class arrangements for new students
  • Maintain accurate student records and ensure smooth daily operations
  • Organise student activities and engagement programs
  • Collaborate with lecturers and departments to support student needs

What We're Looking For

  • 1–2 years of experience in student recruitment, student services, customer service, or administration, preferably in an education or training environment
  • Willingness to work extended hours and weekends when required to meet recruitment goals, with the ability to respond promptly to student and agent enquiries.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English.
  • Excellent organisation and time management, with strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, LMS platforms, and student information systems
  • A genuine passion for education and supporting students' growth
  • Adaptable and proactive, able to perform well in a fast-paced environment
