  • Manage and support all matters related to international students, including:

  • Student visa applications, renewals, and compliance with immigration requirements.

  • International student insurance applications, renewals, and claims coordination.

  • Airport pick-up arrangements and student arrival support, orientation, and ongoing student welfare matters.

  • Act as the main liaison with relevant government bodies (e.g., EMGS, Immigration Department) and insurance providers to ensure timely processing and accurate documentation.

  • Maintain and update student records and documentation in accordance with regulatory and institutional policies.
  • Manage ISO documentation, reporting, and audits, ensuring compliance with institutional quality management systems.
  • Planning and coordinating graduation ceremonies, ensuring smooth and successful events.
  • Assist and support in student activities and events (e.g. orientation, cultural events, workshops) as required.
  • Prepare periodic reports and perform other administrative duties as assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma/Tertiary education qualification with 3 years working experience.
  • Familiarity with EMGS processes, international student visa procedures, and insurance matters is an advantage.
  • Good interpersonal skills and communication skills to interact effectively with students and various stakeholders.
  • Willing to occasionally support events or airport pick-ups held outside of regular working hours.
