**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand technical needs and align with business objectives.
- Oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring timely and quality delivery of projects.
- Provide hands-on technical guidance and assist the team in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Supervise and coordinate field activities, including installation, repair, and inspection works.
- Take ownership in marketing, selling, and executing BESS and power quality solutions.

**Education & Experience Requirements**
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in engineering or technical project roles.
- **Experience in handling BESS (Battery Energy Storage Systems) is a must.**:

- Exposure to PQ (Power Quality), Solar, UPS, and EV Chargers is an added advantage.

**Competencies & Skills**
- Strong background in engineering project management, especially in facilities or electrical/electronic sectors.
- Knowledge or experience in **software, SCADA, PLC, or C++** is a plus.
- Hands-on skills in machinery servicing and electrical troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively across all levels.

**Other Requirements**
- Proficient in **Bahasa Malaysia** and **English**; Mandarin or other dialects is an advantage.
- Must possess own transport (car).
- Willing to travel for outstation assignments and work on **weekends and public holidays**, when necessary.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Energy Management/Power Quality Solution.: 1 year (required)

License/Certification:

- ST competent Chargeman (preferred)
- Wireman with SEDA certification (preferred)
