Admin & Purchasing Executive

Job description
- Handling purchasing and office admin maintenance.
- Prepare, maintain, and review purchasing files, reports, and price lists.
- Source for supplier to compare material prices among other supplier.
- Liaise with internal departments including Logistic, Delivery of Order, Production on regular basis to ensure timely delivery.
- To liaise with supplier on the delivery lead-time.
- Maintain accurate records and databases using Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets, ensuring seamless operations.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned as and when required.
Job Requirements:
Possess Degree or at SPM with 1 year working experience
Preferably 2 year related experience
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia and / Mandarin.
Committed and responsible
Good initiative and willing to learn
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
