**Responsibilities**:
1. Conduct interviews & selection / conduct exit interview, orientation for new employees & coordinates with advertising agents on recruitment.

2. Coordinates and liaises with external consultants on employees' training needs & scheduling.

3. Monitor FSSC 22000 system fully implemented & followed on cleaning & sanitation procedures, monitor access control for main gate.

4. Evaluates the effectiveness of the respective training programs by obtaining feedback from employee.

5. Attends to employees' grievances and complaints, provides guidance if necessary.

6. Provides feedback to the management to enhance a better and cordial working environment.

7. Updating the organization chart/prepare annual headcount report, manpower planning, employee's employment and status-change data.

8. Manages and appraises subordinates' performance and their career advancement.

9. Internal audit for FSSC 22k, set up HR system, review/update company rules & regulations from time to time.

10. Creates and revises systems and procedures by analysing operating practices, record-keeping systems, forms of control and personnel requirements, implementing change, resolves personnel problems by analysing data, investigating issues, identifying solutions, recommending action. Ad-hoc duties assigned by director as and when is needed.

11. Submits employee data reports by assembling, preparing, and analysing data, update attendance records. 12. To monitor housekeeping in order to meet FSSC 22000 requirements and standard.

13. To arrange vaccination Typhoid for new employee.

14. In charge of CCTV system, playback when there are any cases happened, contact technician if any problem of CCTV.

15. Arrange and record stock of stationary, PPE, T-shirt, inform purchasing to restock when the stock reach safety level.

**Qualification**:

- Diploma & above of Business Administration, major in Human Resource or related field.
- Good interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Able to work independently, effectively and efficiency.
- Experience in human resource management & development, especially in manufacturing sector.
- Good in time management and planning.
- Decision making and problem solving
- Required language: proficient in English and Malay, Mandarin will be an added advantage.
- Microsoft Office skills, reporting skills, maintaining employee files, dependability, confidentiality & independence, verbal communication skills, orienting employees, teamwork, High EQ.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
