The main responsible are:
2. Coordinate IT projects and operation services.
3. Independently troubleshoot the incidents for Mobile Applications.
5. The position of this function is to be based in Asia and be part of a competence team member in Asia.

Quality Assurance

IT Service Management
- Respond to incidents and problems and coordinate on the Change Request
- Analyzes Mobile Application issues and provide independent solutions and seek assistance when required
- Collaborates with Mobile key user. Demonstrate how the business processes relates to the mobile apps
- Monitor and attend to service tickets available in Service desk tools
- Coordination of external partners to ensure the service quality.
- Monitoring and ensure SLA defined is followed.
Mobile Solutions Project Coordination / Management
- Assist in / promote the advancement of mobility solutions within our company Tires to enhance business opportunities
- Support project manager for project coordination and management.
- Coordinate project between Mobile Frontend and Backend teams in project and support services.
- Coordinates Specification phase together with (regional) Business responsible in alignment with the Key user organization
- Involve in Agile project management methodology / SCRUM
Mobile Backend Infrastructure

**Qualifications**:
Some knowledge is particularly important for us in order to conduct our projects in the best possible and most successful way with you:

- Have strong analytical skills.
- Substantial experience in IT projects, requirement definition and review.
- Basic knowledge of IT service management.
- Intercultural Competence.
- Organizational talent, the ability to work independently and excellent communication skills.
- Able to work with offshore developers from remote location.
- Microsoft Azure Certifications is a plus.
- Experience in SAP CRM business processes is a plus.
