The Compensation & Benefits Specialist designs, develops, implements and manages salary, bonus and benefits packages for the employees of an organization.He /she assesses personnel needs and drafts targeted initiatives that will increase performance, organizational trust and satisfaction. He /she is a strong guardian of company values and principles. The C&B Specialist monitors the job market, the modern trends in the compensation and finds the best practice for the implementation in the organization without the major impact on the personnel expenses costs.
**Profile**:
Experienced in strategic and operational management of compensation and benefits topics
- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or Finance Disciplines
- 5-7 years of experience in Compensation and Benefits
- Experiences in job evaluation, labour market surveys, current legal/statutory regulations and policy design.
- Prior experiences in other HR areas (ie Recruitment, Talent Management) is an added advantage
- Experienced with union negotiations
- Experienced in leading projects and change management.
- Has demonstrated intercultural sensitivity and worked with international stakeholders
- Experienced with steering local HR organisations and working in unison with HRBP's to drive business oriented solutions.
