**KEY ACCOUNTAIBILITIES**:

- To plan, manage and execute the affiliates contents deliverable in timely manners and accurately as per agreed schedule/timeline
- To plan, manage and execute promotion campaign for affiliates to elevate the adoption and active affiliates in timeliness manners
- To ensure timeliness of effective communication and promotion for affiliates program in order to enhance the awareness and adoption
- To plan, manage and execute affiliates engagement touch-point to ensure consistent active affiliates
- To drive the adoption of corporate affiliates in order to support the incremental growth of affiliates business
- To handle enquiry from sales team and qualifiers pertaining to affiliates contents and promotional matters
- To explore and provide input for affiliates apps user experience enhancement and alternative methods of enhancing the effectiveness and timeliness of affiliates contents management

**QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE**:

- Degree holder with more than 3 years’ experience in social media contents management as well as promotion/campaign management
- Min. 3 years’ experience in insurance/takaful industry
- Matured and independent
- Creative thinking and able to provide sound suggestion toward enhancing the user experience of the apps.
- Good writing skills and social media contents knowledge
- Sound knowledge of creative design to ensure effective contents design and impact
- Good interpersonal skills and personality
