The team you will be part of
The Social Commerce Team is a fast-growing team leading the way in livestream selling, short video content, and affiliate marketing across Southeast Asia. We work with top brands, combining creativity, data, and platform expertise to drive real commercial results. As part of Intrepid's end-to-end eCommerce ecosystem, we gain broad exposure across operations, collaborate with cross-functional experts, and play a key role in shaping how brands connect with digital shoppers in real time.
The part you will play
As the Affiliate and KOL Manager at Intrepid, you will play a key role in driving revenue and customer acquisition through performance-based partnerships. You will be responsible for building, managing, and scaling affiliate marketing and KOL programs to support Intrepid's eCommerce growth objectives.
You will oversee the end-to-end strategy, execution, and optimization of campaigns.
This includes recruiting new partners, managing ongoing relationships, tracking performance metrics, and ensuring alignment with business goals.
You will collaborate closely with internal teams across marketing, commercial, product, and analytics, as well as with external partners and influencers, to launch high-impact initiatives that drive traffic, conversions, and brand visibility.
As an Affiliate Manager, you will take charge of
- Program Leadership: Lead and manage the Affiliate and KOL marketing programs, including strategy development, execution, and continuous optimization.
- Team Management: Supervise and mentor a team of 3-5 members, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure high performance and development.
- Recruit Affiliates / Partners: Identify, recruit, and build relationships with high-potential affiliates and KOLs to drive brand visibility and conversions, Negotiate commission rates and partnership terms.
- Campaign Optimization: Monitor, analyze, and optimize both affiliate and KOL campaigns to meet traffic, conversion, and revenue KPIs.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with affiliates, KOLs, influencers, and networks, fostering collaboration and long-term partnerships.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, sales, and content teams to align campaigns with overall brand and business goals.
- Budget & Resource Management: Manage the affiliate and KOL marketing budgets efficiently to ensure the best return on investment (ROI).
- Performance Reporting: Provide regular performance reports with data-driven insights and recommendations for improvements.
- Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure affiliate and KOL practices comply with company policies, industry regulations, and brand standards.
- Collaborate Cross- Functionally: Work with marketing, content, and product teams to sync affiliate promotions with overall eCommerce campaigns.
What we are looking for - the ideal profile
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, or digital marketing, with at least 1-2 years of team management experience.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage and motivate a small team to achieve targets and perform optimally.
- Affiliate & KOL Expertise: Strong knowledge of affiliate marketing networks, influencer management tools, and content creation strategies.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to use data and analytics to track performance, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Thai, with a knack for building relationships and negotiating terms.
- Results-Oriented: A proactive, self-motivated approach with a strong focus on achieving measurable outcomes.
