**Job Descriptions**:

- Supervise and manage operational workers and/or storekeepers to ensure work efficiency, compliance with safety standards, and consistent quality performance.
- Ensuring environmental compliance in line with Department of Environment (DOE) regulations, including scheduled waste handling, storage, and disposal processes.
- Conduct inspections to ensure environmental requirements, permits, and documentation are up-to-date and compliant with DOE standards.
- Work closely with branch administrators, and drivers to coordinate and resolve all operational matters.
- Ensure tasks and procedures comply with company policies, HSE standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Plan and conduct On-The-Job (OJT) and Theory Training for workers, including PPE usage and environmental safety compliance.
- Oversee truck administration, ensuring permits, road tax, PUSPAKOM inspections, and insurance are current and compliant.
- Maintain records related to fleet management, environmental compliance, and operational performance for audits and reporting.
- Assist in resolving operational challenges and supporting team members as needed to maintain workflow efficiency.
- Participate in audits, inspections, and compliance checks, ensuring readiness and accuracy of documentation.
- Recommend improvements to operational processes, cost efficiency, and resource utilization.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Branch Manager or management.

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in operations management or waste handling, preferably in a regulated environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of DOE regulations, HSE standards, and scheduled waste management.
- Physically fit and willing to work in an industrial setting.
- Strong commitment to safety, compliance, and operational excellence.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
