Hi there We are a company specializing in cross-border logistics between Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand. We are looking to welcome a new member into our Operations Department

We are currently hiring for our Hub in Gelang Patah, Johor.

Responsibilities of an Operations Executive:

  • Liaising with customers for truck bookings
  • Processing new shipments received from customers
  • Liaising with partner offices within Malaysia and HQ in Singapore
  • Communicating with drivers on shipment updates
  • Tracking shipments and updating customers on collection/delivery timings
  • Prepare shipment reports when required

Requirements of an Operations Executive:

  • Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management (Transportation/Logistics).
  • Fresh Graduates & Entry-Level Candidates Welcome
  • Able to start immediately or within short notice preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge and understanding of shipping documents preferred
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently and in a team
  • Able to start on short notice or immediately will be preferred
