**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the entire operation of Designer Cats Malaysia, including the cats indoor play area, mini petting zoo, outdoor cafe, and cat cafe.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and improve guest experience.
- Manage budgets, forecast needs, and control expenditures.
- Supervise, train, and evaluate staff across all departments.
- Ensure all facilities are in compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
- Foster a positive, supportive environment for both staff and guests.

**Requirements**:

- Extensive experience in operations management within the F&B or hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Knowledgeable about animal care, particularly for exotic and domestic animals.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
