- Minimum of one (1) year experience in Customer Service Centre
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Possesses positive interpersonal.
- Confidentiality is the priority; Highlevel of honesty and integrity; Proactive and meticulous; A sense of responsibility and team spirit.
- Ability to work under pressure, strong communication skills and exceed beyond expectations.
- Passionate for the customer service industry and can accept to work under different work shifts, including night shift.
- Non-criminal record and non-negative feedback from previous working experience check.
- Knowledge in computer navigation is a must
- Soft skills and Live chat management tools and other applicable tool(s) and skill(s).

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
