Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Chat Representative who is a native Chinese speaker to join our exciting travel company. As a Customer Service Chat Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to both Chinese-speaking and English-speaking customers through chat support. Your main goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction, resolve any issues, and assist with travel-related inquiries.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Provide exceptional customer service to Chinese-speaking and English-speaking customers through chat support, ensuring all interactions are conducted professionally and efficiently.
2. Answer customer inquiries regarding travel bookings, flight details, hotel accommodations, visa requirements, travel insurance, and other travel-related concerns.
3. Help customers with the booking process, including making reservations, providing price quotes, handling cancellations or modifications, and issuing refunds when necessary.
4. Resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
6. Assure accurate and timely processing of customer transactions, including payments, refunds, and booking confirmations.
7. Collaborate with other departments, such as Sales, Marketing, and Operations, to address customer queries and provide a seamless customer experience.
8. Document and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries in the customer support system.
9. Stay up-to-date with the latest travel regulations, airline policies, and industry trends to provide accurate information and improve customer service.
10. Identify patterns in customer inquiries and provide feedback to the management team for continuous improvement of processes and customer support.

**Requirements**:
1. Native Chinese speaker with exceptional verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin Chinese and fluent English.
2. Previous experience in customer service or travel-related customer support roles is highly desirable.
3. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude towards resolving customer issues effectively.
4. Ability to handle multiple customer chats simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail and accuracy.
6. Knowledge of global travel destinations, popular airlines, hotel chains, and vacation packages.
7. Strong empathy and the ability to create positive, personalized experiences for customers from diverse cultural backgrounds.
8. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changes, and prioritize tasks effectively.
9. Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
10. Availability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, to ensure 24/7 customer support coverage.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
