- Address user inquiries regarding bookings, itineraries, payments, and general platform usage.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of our platform to guide users effectively.
- **Problem Resolution**:

- Troubleshoot and resolve user issues with efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex problems.
- **Customer Advocacy**:

- Advocate for the user, providing feedback to enhance the overall user experience.
- Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to the evolution of our platform.
- **Knowledge Base Contribution**:

- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of a comprehensive knowledge base for customer support.
- **Cultural Sensitivity**:

- Leverage your native Korean language skills to communicate effectively with users and understand cultural nuances.
- Adapt communication style to ensure a positive and culturally appropriate interaction.

**Qualifications**:

- Native Korean speaker with strong written and verbal communication skills in Korean and English.
- Previous experience in customer support or a related field preferred.
